NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR YOUR SEPTIC SYSTEMS

Patent pending

BIO SEPTIC CLEAN WILL CREATE THE AEROBIC CONDITION IN A SEPTIC OR ANAEROBIC SEWAGE/WASTE RECYCLING SYSTEMS.

THE AEROBIC CONDITION INCREASES THE EFFECTIVE CAPACITY BY UP TO SIX TIMES, ELIMINATES ODOR PROBLEMS AND RESTORES DISPOSAL FIELD OPERATION.

THE INCREASE CAPACITY OF THE AEROBIC SYSTEM REDUCES OR ELIMINATES THE NEED FOR PUMPING.

THE AEROBIC SYSTEM REDUCES CORROSION, REQUIRES LESS MAINTENANCE AND PUMPING.

ADDING ENZYMES AND/OR BACTERIA IS NOT NORMALLY NECESSARY.

THE AEROBIC DIGESTIVE SYSTEM IS NATURE'S NATURAL RECYCLING SYSTEM FOR WASTE.

THE LIQUID PRODUCED BY THE AEROBIC SYSTEM, IF ALLOWED THE TIME FOR COMPLETE PROCESSING, IT IS THE BEST IRRIGATION POSSIBLE FOR TURF AND PLANTS.

ADJUSTING THE DOSAGE OF THE BIOSEPTICCLEAN SO THAT THAT SOME PRODUCT REMAINS AT THE COMPLETION OF AEROBIC DIGESTION, WILL PRODUCE PLANT GROWTH THAT IS AMAZING AND MORE THAN NORMAL FERTILIZER CAN ACHIEVE IF THE WATER IS USED FOR IRRIGATION.

Septic=Anaerobic
(Bacterial action without air or a plentiful oxygen source)

Aerobic and Anaerobic bacteria are the same organisms. If sufficient Oxygen is not available (The Anaerobic condition), the bacteria must obtain oxygen by creating enzymes that allow molecules with oxygen to be used as a source of oxygen.

If sufficient oxygen or air is available, the Aerobic condition, the bacteria use the oxygen directly and do not have to produce special enzymes and tear oxygen away from other compounds or molecules.

The reduced effort in the Aerobic condition, allows the bacteria to be many times more efficient.

The ability to change conditions, is defined as facultative bacteria. Facultative bacteria is the predominate bacteria in most human and animal waste.

Septic tank sizing is determined by usage. The object with septic tank sewage treatment is to retain the effluent in the septic tank for at least 30 hours. This allows time for solids to settle on the bottom and grease to float to the top.

As a general rule of thumb, a 2 bedroom home will require a 1000 gallon septic tank; 3 bedroom 1250 gallon septic tank; and 4 bedroom 1500 gallon septic tank. All of these are minimum requirements - to some extent, the bigger the better. A longer retention time allows the solid waste to decompose more completely.

Some building departments require at least a 1250 gallon septic tank for any size home.

Septic Problem You Experience Is Likely To Be The Same, No Matter The Type, Age Or Condition Of Your Septic System Clogged Soil.

After years of disposing of untreated sewage into the soil it becomes clogged and will not allow liquid to drain through it like it was originally designed to do. This clogging is caused by grease and “bio-mat”. Bio-Mat is generated by the Anaerobic bacteria that live in your septic tank.

Septic or Anaerobic condition

The Anaerobic bacteria (normally occurring or added) do a poor job of digesting human waste, fats, oils and grease that enter your septic tank from your house. Hence you have a scum level in your tank made up of floatable solids, and sludge that accumulates on the bottom of your tank made up from solids that do not float.

The bacteria get carried to your drain field in the liquid leaving your tank and they start to secrete a mucal slime. This is the first step in the slime or bio-mat build-up and it takes several years before most drain fields show symptoms of failure.

Here Are Some Common Symptoms Of Failed Or Failing Drain Fields:

* Spongy soil over the drain field..you will notice this when you walk over the field

* Liquid breakout over the drain field or septic tank. Dark grey or black in color

* Foul smelling odors…the rotten egg smell!

* Gurgling drains when you flush a toilet or drain a sink

* Frequent pumping time periods between pumping get shorter

* Back-up in your house, the worst!

The Typical Disposal Field Design

BioSepticClean will create the Aerobic condition that can fix
MOST ALL the Problems

The Aerobic condition sewage system is the way Nature designed sewage processing

A regular dosage (determined by the size of your system and usage) will allow the bacteria to change to the aerobic state.

Regular dosing with BioSepticClean will supply the Oxygen necessary to create and maintain the Aerobic condition in the existing facultative bacteria. About half the waste in sewage is facultative bacteria. Adding additional bacteria is NORMALLY a waste of money.

Enzymes aid the bacteria in obtaining the Oxygen they need. Enzymes work but are slow and are ineffective at producing as much Oxygen as the bacteria need to sustain the Aerobic condition. Adding additional Enzymes is NORMALLY a waste of money.

SUGGESTED STARTING DOSAGE

The normal dosage required is a function of the usage for an average system. Two people using a septic system will require about about 4 ounces of BioSepticClean a week. This is about two ounces per person per week to create the Aerobic condition.

PLEASE READ THE REST OF THIS PAGE FOR MORE RECOMMENDATIONS.

Place the BioSepticClean container close to a drain that connects to the septic system. Assign a day or days to dose the system with the predetermined dosage. This procedure will keep the oxygen level in the septic system sufficient to sustain the Aerobic condition.

If you wish to automate the dosing procedure, we will provide or recommend the equipment to automatically dose the system.

Dosing with BioSepticClean is very similar to Aerating a Bio mass to achieve the Aerobic condition.

The suggested dosage must be corrected for your specific system. If you have a vent or a way to check for odors from the septic tank, reduce or increase the dosage to achieve a no H2S odor condition.

For the beginning, start the dosage at about twice the expected dosage and keep the increased dosage for thirty to fourty days to do a fast clean up of the tank and disposal field.

Aerobic bacteria will digest FOG (Fats, Oils and Grease) up to seven times faster than bacteria in the anaerobic state.

Aerobic bacteria will clean up the bio-mat slime and FOG that normally clog the disposal field.

Aerobic bacteria do not produce H2S gas, the foul odor from anaerobic digestion.

Aerobic bacteria digest waste up to seven times faster than septic=anaerobic bacteria.

A two bed room system designed for the septic condition, operated as an aerobic system could be used for up to six bed rooms.

A sewage system operating in the aerobic state does not require regular pumping, Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) is normally digested unless abnormally high amounts of FOG are put down the drain. The disposal field will be clean and take the out flow from the sewage tank in most all situations.

A septic system need and uses live bacteria to function. Normal waste is about one half by volume composed of bacteria. If you use chemicals that kill the bacteria, the processing of the solids is halted. When the product (Normally chlorine Bleach) that kills the bacteria is dissipated, normal sewage will provide all the bacteria necessary and restart (inoculate) the processing of waste. Normal human and animal waste is about half bacteria.

BioSepticClean will not function in a Bio Mass that does not have live bacteria.

BioSepticClean works the same in portable toilet systems, RVs and Boats

A system with the BioOdorStop stimulant injected at the inception along with the Japanese style warm water body cleaning system to eliminate or greatly reduce the use of toilet paper, would solve many of the overloaded septic processing facilities.

The toilet in the photo has been fixed for the photo to show the action of the wash water. The normal seat has to have body pressure before the bidet spray will turn on. The bidet water nozzle retracts at the end of the cycle. I have had a Japanese bidet style seat in my own bath room for about seven years and really appreciate the level of hygiene achieved with the bidet system.

Note the toilet paper rolls on the wall. Some of the systems use warm air to dry the body after washing. Some use toilet paper to dry the body. The paper used is greatly reduced when just used to dry.

Costco now stocks the Japanese style toilet seat. The Costco price in California is about @200.00. The Costco unit has the heated air system for drying after washing.
