The United States Patent office has granted (Issued) a patent for our Soil Stimulant.
The title of the Patent is "Compositions and methods for enhancing growth by Bio Stimulants".

Issue Date December 29 2009.

Adobe PDF Patent number 7637054.

Word DOC Patent number 7637054.

Our Soil bacterial Stimulants have proven over four years of testing to:

Significantly improve the ability of plants to use the organic mater in the soil as a source of nutrients.

The improved soil bacterial action allow a significant reduction in the need for chemical fertilizers while increasing plant productivity.

The increased bacterial action helps to loosen compacted soil and the increased bacterial action retains water, allowing for a reduction in the water necessary to produce a crop.

Reducing the fertilized normally used by as much as 50% or more and the irrigation water necessary by up to 20% is a real cost savings. The reduced need for fertilizer has also helped to reduce the problems caused by fertilizer pollution in ponds, stream and the Aquifer.

The ICING ON THE CAKE is that along with reduction of fertilizer and water, farmers are finding INCREASED crop production. In some situation, they have been able to increase yield per acre as much as 100% and in general about 50% or more.

Farmers are reporting that the increased bacterial action produced by our Bio Soil Stimulant also produce healthier plants that are more resistant to insects and animals feeding prefer the crops grown with our Soil Stimulant over crops grown with just fertilizer.

Our soil Stimulants have been tested extensively in Idaho (Animal Feed crops and produce), Holland (Turf on Golf courses), New Zealand and Australia (fruit trees and produce).

Bacteria Play an Important Role in Soil

How Gardner's Magic is Applied

Gardner's Magic can be applied directly through an irrigation system (center pivot, drip or flood) system (center pivot, drip or flood)

Gardner's Magic can also be applied with treated animal wastewater, reclaimed water, or injected into liquid wastewater, reclaimed water, or injected into liquid manure from animal waste water lagoons.

Gardner's Magic must be diluted for application. The dilution is determined the parameters of each application.

Recommended starting rate is 2 gal / acre up to a maximum of 6 gal / acre depending on the crop and soil type. The application rate should be adjusting from experience.

Please keep in mind that an increased application rate may not result in improved crop production. Over application can be detrimental to the development of the desired bacterial colonies.

Application

First application should be early in the season (pre-emergence = before plants sprout) with a follow-up application during the growth stage if necessary. In many situations, one application is all that is necessary. Test a designated area with a second application at mid growth cycle to determine if an additional application produces increased crop production.

Caution

The action Gardner's Magic can destroyed when mixed with other chemicals or products. Please contact your sale person before before mixing with herbicides or pesticides

Our Soil Stimulant will not improve crop production if the soil is deficient of organic matter for the bacteria to convert to plant nutrients. The other condition where improvement may not be significant is where the soil is very rich in in decaying organic matter and the bacterial colonization is strong.

Application for new Untreated Soil :

First Application:

Apply at least 5 gallons per acre or 15 ounces per 1,000 sq ft up to maximum of 10 gallons per acre or 30 ounces per 1,000 sq ft. Establishment:

Follow up application:

Test a designated area with a second application at mid growth cycle to determine if an additional application produces increased crop production.

The application of 2 gallons per acre every 4 to 6 weeks is the maximum is the highest dosage that has been tested.

Gardner's Magic should be diluted to a minimum 1 part Gardner's Magic to 2,000 parts water and irrigated into the root zone. Gardner's Magic can be broadcast with a nozzle or injected into waste water used to irrigate.

How it Works:

Gardner's Magic is a proprietary blend of nutrients that is specially formulated to deliver nitrate oxygen to soil microbes in a form that can be readily metabolized. As a result, the soil microbial population increases exponentially...two become four, four become eight, eight become sixteen....and so on.

The resulting increase in soil microbial life can lead to faster growing, reduced thatch buildup, better water irrigation, and stronger root development

Compatibility: A compatibility test is recommended when Gardner's Magic is used in combination with pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or other strongly alkaline materials. If the desired combination has not been used in the past, contact your sale person is recommended before mixing.

Important: Please follow all label instructions for Gardner's Magic. Gardner's Magic is intended as a supplement to an annual program and will not, by itself, provide all the nutrients normally required by plants. Additional information and MSDS are available on this site.

General Information: Growers have achieved success on a variety of crops, soil types, and geographies at a minimum rate of 2 gallons per acre. Many of growers have experienced greater success at higher rates up to 8 gallons per acre on certain crop types. Gardner's Magic should be diluted to a minimum 1 part Gardner's Magic to 2,000 parts water and irrigated into the root zone. Apply through center pivot, water-run, or flood irrigation. Can also be injected into the soil between the rows or with liquid manure. In order to the optimal level for your situation, please contact your BioMagic representative.

The following application and placement guidelines are recommended for each crop type. ALSO REFER TO THE GENERAL APPLICATION RATE AND PLACEMENT GUIDELINES ABOVE. Corn: Apply at a minimum 2 gallons per acre up to 8 gallons per acre. Recommended to water run before planting or after planting.

Cereal Grains: Apply at a minimum 2 gallons per acre up to 6 gallons per acre. Best time for application for fall grain is in the fall water run before planting, or in the spring water run during tillering.

Alfalfa: Apply a minimum of 2 gallons per acre up to 6 gallons per acre. For newly established alfalfa, if possible water run before planting, or water run in early vegetative stages in early spring. For established alfalfa, water run during early vegetative state or between the cuttings.

Potatoes: Apply minimum of 2 gallons per acre initially up to 4 gallons per acre during the growing season.

Trees & Vines: Apply two applications of 4 quarts per acre. Apply first application at initial bud-break. Apply second application one to two months later. If using drip irrigation, the injection point should follow the ratio of at least 1 part Gardner's Magic to 500 to 2,000 parts water. If using a sprinkler system, water run with the same ratio.

This product should not be used with with herbicides, fungicides or pesticides. Rather, it should be applied alone according to the application guidelines. Please follow all label instructions for Gardner's Magic -

Gardner's Magic is intended as a supplement to a regular fertilization program and will not, by itself, provide all the nutrients normally required by crops or other plants.
